EV Maintenance Preview Event

The Capital Regional District (CRD) is hosting a learning opportunity at Camosun College automotive shop for practicing auto technicians and technicians in training. Guests will have the opportunity to learn how the EV Technology and Service program can expand their automotive skills to work on EVs.

The CRD will chat trends and forecasts in the EV Market, and Patrick Jones, Instructor at Camosun, will overview the new program and lead a hands-on exploration of the various models, electrical components, and safety considerations when working with EVs.

As an added bonus, attendees have a chance to win one of two scholarships to complete the full EV Maintenance Training Program for half the price.
