WHAT IS EURYTHMY ?
The name means "wellbeing through dynamic rhythmical movement". Its specific flow arises out of the harmonious moving and working together of body, soul and spirit. Or: of doing, feeling and the hearts natural understanding . As an artistic movement it awakens our senses and we can develop mindfulness with it.

About the Facilitator:
Cornellie Mier
I was born and grew up in the south of Germany. After travelling a lot in european countries, later my way took me through oriental countries to India. There I stayed with the Tibetan People in the Himalaya for seven years, studying Tibetan Medicine and Buddhism.
When I returned to Europe I practised eurythmy to acclimatize in the western world again. Thereby I experienced, how eurythmy can create connection and harmony between different cultures, people and ways of living. So I decided to study it in order to offer the possibility of finding to peace, inner creativity and health.
Time came to rise up and move on. During a year and four months living in Egypt,mainly in Siwa, I felt touched by this country, its people and language so much, that I decided to stay and work here with eurythmy amongst people in need of help and orientation.
