Dear University Students!We are the College for Advanced Studies of Diplomacy in Practice, a student organisation in Budapest, dedicated to international relations and diplomacy. This year, we are excited to host a large-scale European Parliament Simulation — and we invite you to be part of it!
During the simulation, participants will take on the roles of Members of the European Parliament to debate, negotiate, and draft policy proposals on this year’s topic:
“Strengthening the EU’s Energy Security and Strategic Autonomy.”
No prior experience is needed — just an open mind, teamwork, and curiosity about how the EU works!
📅 Date: November 20, 2025
🕙 Time: 09:15 – 18:00
📍 Venue: Corvinus University of Budapest
👥 Team format: Groups of 4–6 university students
🥪 Cold lunch and coffee provided
🎓 Certificates for all participants
🏆 Prizes:
🥇 1st place – 200,000 HUF
🥈 2nd place – 150,000 HUF
🥉 3rd place – 100,000 HUF
A professional jury of EU experts, academics, and diplomats will evaluate the debates and select the best teams. The event will be held entirely in English.
