Eugene 2026 Protein Pressure Canning Food Preservation Workshop

Are you wanting to pressure can but a little nervous using your pressure canner? Join us as we walk through how pressure canning works, including each step involved in safely canning vegetables, meats and seafood. Includes free pressure canner dial gauge test – bring your canner lid or just the dial gauge if you have one. Get hands-on experience canning protein like beans and chicken with the Lane County Master Food Preservers. Take your canned food home with you at the end of the session.
