Today we celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi—the gift of Jesus truly present in the Eucharist. ✨Across the world, Catholics take to the streets in Eucharistic processions, publicly proclaiming what we believe: Christ is with us.
As we walk with Jesus through our neighborhoods and communities, may our hearts remember that He is not distant. He is near. He remains.
Here in Medina, parishioners of St. Francis Xavier will be walking in a short Eucharistic procession, along Washington Street and around the church campus, following the 12 noon Mass. All are invited to participate in this solemn expression of our faith in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.
