Join us for a night of soulful jazz and blues celebrating the legendary Etta James and Etta Jones on May 11th, 2024, at 6:00 PM!ETTA: A Jazz and Blues Tribute to Etta Jones and Etta James.
Celebrate two iconic jazz and blues vocalists with a presentation of their photos, stories, and songs that highlights their lasting impact on the music industry.
Jahwula Seapoe (vocalist), Mike Raymond (guitarist), and Austin Marlow (drummer) will lead a tribute with a one-hour set for guests to enjoy.
The performance setlist includes a mix of jazz and blues classics such as "At Last," "Don't Go to Strangers," "Bye Bye Blackbird," and "Have a Little Faith in Me."
It is a BYOB occasion with vegan hors d'oeuvre and a selection of wine and non-alcoholic beverages provided.

Meet the Artists:
Jahwula Seapoe is an R&B/Neo-Soul vocalist and storyteller who performs captivating renditions of popular songs from the 70s to the present day. She is from West Philadelphia and has studied under various influential musicians in her community and at Temple University's Fox School of Business. Some of her mentors include Lisa Willson DeNolfo, Sherry Wilson Butler, and Grammy-nominated jazz vocalist Kate McGarry.
