Class Description:
In this spooky hands-on class you will learn how to make "construction" gingerbread from scratch - best kind to use for building gingerbread houses! You will also learn how to make royal icing from scratch, and various decorating techniques from our culinary trained chefs, in a real bakery that makes decorated cookies every day! An assortment of spooky sprinkles and horror themed sugar decorations will be provided for you to add your personal touch to your house. Not only will you take home your completed haunted gingerbread house, but you will also leave with the skills and recipes to make your own gingerbread houses at home for all occasions!
This class may be taught by 1 or 2 instructors, depending on the amount of students who sign up. Ages 13+. All skill levels welcome!
