About this Event
It is safe to say that technology has made much of contemporary warfare and national security at least as much a matter of brains as of brawn. Artificial Intelligence, Synthetic Biotechnology, Neurotechnology, and Information Technology are the new battlefields. This panel will address how relevant technology will shape the moral future of the world's democracies and their national security, including how countries can respond ethically to the unethical attacks that threaten their national security.
