Boulder, Colorado–based singer-songwriter Ethan J. Perry brings his genre-blending sound—what he calls “Americana Indie Technicolor Jazz”—to The Blue Door for a special solo performance.Launching his career in Seattle in 2007, Perry went on to form Ethan J. Perry & The Remedy Band, a collaborative project known for weaving together Americana, indie rock, jazz, and folk into a rich, emotionally resonant sound. Whether performing solo or with a full ensemble, his music carries a cinematic quality—introspective, textured, and deeply personal.
As a guitarist and vocalist, Perry creates an immersive live experience, moving effortlessly from intimate acoustic moments to layered arrangements that evoke long drives, late nights, and the spaces in between.
His releases include the solo albums The Bohemian Bitch & Other Songs From Poets Row (2009) and Night Lights (2010), along with Sundial (2016) with The Remedy Band—an album that received critical attention and international airplay, including Seattle’s KEXP.
