The Concert Series of Second Presbyterian Church presents a sweeping reinterpretation of the Requiem Mass - Howard Goodall’s ETERNAL LIGHT - A Requiem on April 13, 2025 at 3 p.m. Featuring the Sanctuary Choir of Second, along with soloists Christina Recktenwald, Molly Melahn, Ricky Case and Matthew Houston; Zach Klobnak on organ; Mengfei Xu, piano; and Louisa Woodson, harp, ETERNAL LIGHT mixes ancient and modern liturgies and poems with stirring choral and solo writing. The concert is free, and an offering to benefit Kentucky Refugee Ministries (www.kyrm.org) will be collected.
