Combine the power of your breath and the resonance of gongs to refine your focus and awaken flow. As stagnant energy and thought dissolve, clarity and vitality ripple into every aspect of life.

This practice blends various breathing and meditation techniques to sharpen awareness and clear what holds us back. Through conscious breath, the spirit becomes charged, awake, alive, and grounded. From this state, the body can surrender into stillness as the gongs wash over you, soothing the nervous system and harmonising the subtle layers of your being.

Each session is an invitation to return home.. to yourself.. renewed, balanced, and open to the natural rhythm of life.

Dress comfortably, bring a bottle of water. Feel free to bring along your own pillow and blanket. We have limited spares. Mats are provided.
Please arrive on time.. The class is only 60 mins long. The door will be locked by 610pm to ensure an undisturbed session.
