Estate to Plate: A Beaulieu Vineyard Wine Pairing Chef’s Table is an intimate, seven-course dining experience crafted by Chef Ryan and his culinary team, designed to complement a curated selection of Beaulieu Vineyard wines. Guests may choose between a vegan or non-vegan tasting menu, each thoughtfully developed around the featured pairings.

Throughout the evening, the Beaulieu Vineyard winemaker will guide guests through each wine tasting, sharing insight into the vineyard, varietals, and pairing philosophy. The experience includes seven courses, four expertly paired wines, and a welcome glass of bubbles, all enjoyed in a communal Chef’s Table setting.
