The MT Department of Health and Human Services, along with the Montana Community Foundation, are coming to Great Falls to lead a presentation on Estate Planning. This is a great opportunity to learn about some of the do's and don'ts when you are creating your own estate plan. Some of the topics that we will cover are: Importance of Estate Planning, Pitfalls of Inadequate Estate Planning, Common Estate Planning Documents, Resources for Estate Planning, Charitable Considerations in Estate Planning
The Legal Services Developer Program operates under the Aging Services Bureau within the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. They will be back at the Library on July 24-26 to do an estate planning clinic to help set folks up with the proper paperwork.
