Essentials: Organizational Self-Care

Strong nonprofits start with healthy teams. Left unaddressed, stress can hinder decision-making, creativity and overall well-being. Essentials: Organizational Self-Care is an interactive workshop where participants will examine the impact of stress within an organization and explore practices to promote individual and organizational self-care.

Attendees will also learn about the Engage Lubbock Program, launching in fall 2026, which supports non-profit growth through governance, finance, fundraising, community enggatement and accessibility.

Essentials is a program of the Mid America Arts Alliance that offers introductory workshops focused on specific professional development topics.
