About this courseThe primary goal of this training course is to empower all correctional professionals with the skills to survive and thrive in today’s correctional world. By the end of the course, participants will have developed a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence. They will discover how to identify the baseline behaviors at their facility and learn to recognize anomalies. By learning about how inmates plan staff manipulation, participants will walk away with the ability to recognize the warning signs of manipulation and avoid it before it becomes a life-altering problem.
