Essentially Yoga Summer Edition 6/29Join Angela and Caroline for an afternoon to balance out the active, heat driven nature of SUMMER. We will cool off and slow down low to the Earth in this 2 hour experience.
Enjoy a sensory journey crafted to create peace, presence and ease. Angela will guide you through a gentle flow and a combo of restorative/relaxing yoga poses with the option for hands on adjustments. We will then end in an Earthy Nidra.
Caroline will share knowledge around essential oils and how they benefit you physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. We will be using custom Summer inspired therapeutic oil blends to enhance the experience of each restorative posture and moment.
We will be at the cozy nook space Nectar Yoga in EAV!
