Essential Winter Habits
About this Event
At the end of October, the clocks change. Surprise! It happens every year, yet we still fail to adjust. The day merges into night, and while nature conserves energy, you're pushing long office days and your busiest social calendar.
You already know what you're “supposed to do”: get outside, exercise, drink more water, get off the damn screens.
But knowing and doing are two completely different things.
This ruthlessly practical session isn't about discipline; it's about design.
You'll leave with one well-crafted habit, designed for your worst winter days, not your best, to hold you steady while you hold up everyone else.
Rebecca Liljendahl is a behaviour change specialist and the founder of Habit Sense. With 20+ years across corporate HR, Learning and Development, and behaviour change, she holds a degree in Psychology from Lancaster University and trained with BJ Fogg from Stanford's Behavioural Design Lab.
Her core belief: lasting change isn't a motivation problem or a discipline problem; it's a design problem, and design problems have design solutions. She works with leaders, teams and individuals to close the gap between knowing and doing, building habits designed for your worst days, not your best.
Ruthlessly practical and infectiously energising, Rebecca's sessions build real change, one small habit at a time.
