Leadership students, you need this seminar!Blackbelts, you must know this information too!
Join us for 3 hours of learning your essential weapons!
Above all else, including skills listed below, this seminar will touch on ALL REQUIRED elements of these three weapons. If you plan to get your black belt or continue to a 2nd degree or above....this is required knowledge.
1.) Presentation of the weapon and general etiquette
2.) Break In & Break Out expectation with your weapon
3.) Weapon Control - It is more about control then just spinning!
4.) Basic Techniques (fundamentally what is listed below.)
5.) Body Conditioning - Learn the traditional methods used to prepare your body for weapon contact
6.) Application to self-defense (know what the technique you are doing is for)
7.) Classical Pose (A way to show off the weapon)
8.) Theory - a brief demonstration of what the weapon is capable of.
9.) Weapon Manipulation (with a purpose not just to do it)
10.) Composition - learning how to create your own personal form.
KALI STICKS
*Color ranks will learn the basics of using kali with a partner and then learn to apply it.
*Blackbelts: Learn what you need for 2nd and 3rd degree!
BO STAFF
*Learn the required bo staff form, red stripe form and tricks for creating your own routine
NUNCHUCKS
Learn the basics of single nun-chuk, creating a form and for those advanced, double nun-chuk! Learn nun-chuk tricks sure to wow your friends!

Cost: $50 per student, $100 family max
