During the second half of the workshop, Coco, trained herbalist, trauma informed coach/mentor and yoga teacher breaks down the process of how essential oils expand the capacity of our nervous system.

At the end of the workshop you will come with an understanding of:

• How essential oils work with the brains lymbic cystem to regulate the bodies nervous system.
• The polyvagal ladder theory and how our bodies nervous system influences our mood
• Essential oils to promote social engagement, ease stress and lift depression.
• 45 min yoga classs to regulate your nervous system.
