The African American Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with (BES-TVnetwork)) Bonita Entertainment Studios, Crown North Entertainment and Care Free Praise Events is set to host the highly anticipated "Essence of Soul" International Film and Music Festival at the Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium. This one-day event will celebrate the rich and diverse cultures of the world through the powerful mediums of music and film.
