Essence of a Woman is an intimate, community-centered garden dinner party exploring diet culture across different backgrounds, lifestyles, and lived experiences while fostering body positivity and everyday femme confidence.
Rooted in the belief that every woman is her own flower, this gathering honors the idea that each personal journey requires different care, support, and space to bloom.
Through conversation, creativity, and shared reflection, this experience invites you to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
