Join fellow area educators for a unique experience highlighting physical expression and creativity! Start with an introduction to our Centennial Sculpture Park and its history. We will head outside with Missy Pfohl Smith (Director, UR Program of Dance and Movement), who will lead participants in responding to MAG’s incredible outdoor artworks* using body language. We’ll reflect on the power of movement in supporting Universal Design for Learning through strategies and tools that can be incorporated into the classroom. Participants will earn 2.5 CTLE credit hours upon completion of this workshop.
This event is free with registration.
*This part of the experience will be shifted to responding to MAG's indoor sculptures if there is inclement weather.
