Join us for a special event celebrating Women's Herstory Month with Laura Elyne! We will be connecting and healing together through sound baths, tea drinking, and a book exchange!

Things to bring:

• Water bottle + Your favorite mug for tea
• Yoga mat for the sound bath, we will have a few to provide (first come, first served basis)
• A book by a woman author to exchange (not required but encouraged)
