Join us for a beautiful evening at Esoterra Culinary Garden, celebrating the land, the season and the people behind it.
The evening begins with a garden-inspired cocktail created by Bryan Dayton and a small culinary bite from Chef Samuel McCandless. Esoterra’s Mark DeRespinis will then lead guests on a tour of the farm, sharing the regenerative practices that nurture its bountiful seasonal produce.
Following the tour, gather around the table for a farm-grown dinner by Chef Samuel McCandless of Half Eaten Cookie Hospitality, featuring ingredients harvested from Esoterra Culinary Garden. Bryan Dayton will personally select the wines to pair with the evening’s menu.
