Welcome to the Tantra course, here we will start a genuine quest through the chakra system, learning about its mysteries and the outcome of this knowledge. An amazing book of life where life situations will get solutions through different methods which will give a new perspective to solve them. We will bring the awareness into our consciousness, in everything we do, in this way, we will realize that the world is a mystery, which awaits us to get to know it, live it and rise on the path of spiritual evolution, in a continuous way of self development .
Among other, we will also learn about the moral and ethical rules of the self, Yama and Niyama, what they are and how to apply it harmoniously in our life.
Techniques and methods of training our physical, mental and spiritual body will improve as well as the relationship with your self and others during each moment of our time on this wonderful Earth.
