Hi there?
Come join us at our free self-defense workshop, where you can learn skills that could protect you from harm and maybe even save life.
This workshop will be run by an experienced member of the Internal Defense Academy. You can expect a friendly, safe environment to learn very important skills, including avoidance, recognition of potential threats, de-escalation and simple yet effective self-defense techniques.

WHAT: ESN Tallinn Self-Defense Workshop
WHEN: Wednesday, 5th of April, 18:00
WHERE: Estonian Academy of Security Sciences (Sisekaitseakadeemia) - Kase 61, 12012 Tallinn
HOW MUCH: Free
PS: The workshop will start 18:30 sharp. People who will guide you to the right room will be waiting in front of the EASS gate from 18:00-18:15 and those who are coming later will not be able to participate.
Don't forget to dress comfortably!!
