Come away from the winter doldrums and escape into a peaceful evening of supported postures and deep release. This restorative practice is specifically designed to target areas where we often hold depression, anxiety, and fatigue. We will begin the journey in a comfortable position, evoking deep, balanced breaths. Our breathing will help still our minds and bodies as the warmth of the room and peaceful music comfort us, allowing us to drift inward. You will receive hands-on support to find the right position for a sublime release of aches, pains, and stuck energy.Enjoy two hours of peace and relaxation, guided by experienced, yin-certified instructors who have studied with renowned yin master teachers.
