LGBTIQ*-Aktivist*innen berichten über ihr Leben in der Ukraine, ihre Erfahrungen mit der Community in München und ihre Zukunftspläne. Freitag, 8. Mai 2026, 19 Uhr, im LeZ
Voneinander lernen, gemeinsam kämpfen. Das ist das Motto, unter dem Munich Kyiv Queer seit Jahren queere Menschen aus der Ukraine zum „Volunteers Workhop“ nach München einlädt. Im Fokus: das Ehrenamt. Das Ziel: Vermitteln, was die Community dank des Engagements ihrer Mitglieder alles erreichen kann!

Im Rahmen der Workshop-Woche kommen unsere Gäste auch selbst zu Wort. Im LeZ sprechen Polina, Hanna, Nastia, Oleksandr und Volodymyr über ihr Leben in der Ukraine, darüber, was sie in München erlebt haben, und wie sie sich ihre Zukunft vorstellen. Immer wieder haben die Treffen mit Gleichgesinnten aus München die Ukrainer*innern in der Vergangenheit zu konkreten Plänen für ihre Arbeit in der eigenen Community inspiriert.
Weltgeschehen persönlich erfahrbar machen
Queere Menschen haben es als vulnerable Gruppe nirgendwo leicht, erst recht nicht in der Ukraine, die derzeit um ihre Existenz kämpft. Das Format des Erzählcafés bietet Gelegenheit, das komplexe, manchmal weit entfernte Weltgeschehen über den persönlichen Austausch nahbar zu machen. Erzählend können Menschen ihre Lebenserfahrungen reflektieren, einordnen und abgleichen.

ЛГБТІК*-активісти та активістки розповідають про своє життя в Україні, досвід взаємодії зі спільнотою в Мюнхені та плани на майбутнє. П’ятниця, 8 травня 2026 року, 19:00, в LeZ
Вчитися одне в одного, боротися разом. Під таким гаслом Мюнхенський Київ Квір вже багато років поспіль запрошує квір-людей з України на «Майстерню волонтерів» до Мюнхена. Фокус — волонтерство. Мета — показати, чого може досягти спільнота завдяки активній участі її учасників!

Під час тижневого воркшопу наші гості також матимуть змогу висловитися. Під час заходу в LeZ Поліна, Ганна, Олександр, Володимир та Настя розкажуть про своє життя в Україні, про те, що вони пережили в Мюнхені та як вони уявляють своє майбутнє. У минулому зустрічі з однодумцями з Мюнхена неодноразово надихали українців та українок на конкретні плани щодо роботи у власній громаді.
Зробити світові події особисто відчутними
Як вразливій групі, квір-людям нелегко доводиться будь-де, особливо в Україні, яка зараз бореться за своє існування. Формат кафе історій пропонує можливість зробити складні, іноді далекі світові події доступними через особистий діалог. Завдяки сторітелінгу люди можуть обмірковувати, класифікувати та порівнювати свій життєвий досвід.

Ukrainian LGBTIQ* activists talk about their lives in Ukraine, their experiences with the community in Munich and their plans for the future. Friday, 8 May 2026, 7 p.m., at LeZ
Learning from each other, fighting together. This is the motto under which Munich Kyiv Queer has been inviting queer people from Ukraine to the ‘Volunteers Workhop’ in Munich for years. The focus: volunteering. The goal: to convey what the community can achieve thanks to the commitment of its volunteering members!

During the one-week workshop, our guests will also have their say. At the Lesbian-Queer Community Centre LeZ, Polina, Hanna, Nastia, Oleksandr and Volodymyr will talk about their lives in Ukraine, what they have experienced in Munich, and how they imagine their future. In the past, the meetings with like-minded people from Munich have repeatedly inspired our Ukrainian friends to make concrete plans for their work in their own community.
Making world events personally tangible
Queer people are a vulnerable group and have a hard time everywhere, especially in Ukraine, which is currently fighting for its existence. The format of the Erzählcafé offers an opportunity to make complex, sometimes distant world events more accessible through personal exchange. Through storytelling, people can reflect on their life experiences, contextualise them and compare them.
