EROAD Fleet Expo 2023

EROAD Fleet Expo is a new, premier event for NZ’s most influential Light Commercial Fleet buyers, proudly supported by Greater Wellington Regional Council.

Set at the intimate Boomrock private race track, you will experience the latest in EV and new generation vehicles on and off road, as well as hear from industry experts on the future of fleet management and vehicle innovation

It is a full-day experience for fleet managers. You will have the opportunity to test vehicles off road, on Boomrock’s tarmac test track, and hear insightful presentations from experts to take your fleet knowledge to the next level.

Attendees will be split into groups, rotating around the activity stations throughout the day:

• Test road cars you might buy on the test track, with a special guest racing icon (to be announced soon!)
• Test off-road cars you might buy off-road track
• Two separate speaker rooms
• Claybird shooting for further networking with your Fleet Manager peers

Each station will go for approximately 1 hour and transport between the stations will be provided. Professional driving coaches will accompany drivers to maximise the experience and safety.

Our speakers will compliment the hands-on vehicle experiences with deep dives into fleet efficiency, using data to ramp up your journey to net-zero, and how dashcams can reduce accident-related costs.

Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and refreshments will be provided. Transport from Johnsonville will also be provided, where you can park your car securely for the day. If you need transport from Wellington CBD, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Important information for attendees:

• This event requires a small amount of walking and closed-healed shoes are recommended
• You must provide a copy of your drivers licence before driving any vehicle (NZ full drivers licence only)
• You will need to sign the indemnity waiver form to be able to drive any vehicle, which will be sent over email prior to the event
• Attendees have the option of getting event-organized transport to the venue from either Johnsonville or Wellington CBD. There is no option to drive your own vehicle to Boomrock. If you need to arrive late or leave early, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you
• This event will go ahead with moderate rain. If there is severe rain, we reserve the right to postpone the event for health & safety reasons
• Should you be unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations
• We reserve the right to amend event details at any time
