BENT HORSESHOE AND THE HOKOWHITU BOWLING CLUB PRESENTSErna Ferry and Blues Buffet on Saturday the 1st of November at 7.30 at a cost of $30.
Erna has sung for us before but usually with Vicky Lee ,this time she is accompanied by her own band Blues Buffet.
As you know Erna has a great voice for Blues and Jazz and tonight she will be in full voice in an enviroment she loves ,centre stage and giving everything she's got
Many will have seen her with the likes of the Roger Fox Big Band and in other outfits but tonight we get to see her as the leader.
Blues Buffet is lead by the Loveridge brothers from Whanganui who many will have seen with Freddy Flash a few weeks ago ,so we will hear some top class musicianship.

Classic blues standards, played with feeling and from the heart by Fred Loveridge (gtr) ‘Dusty’ Loveridge (bass), Brent Tanoa (drms), Brent Holt (keys) and Erna Ferry (harp). Everybody on vocals.
Enjoy a repertoire from the libraries of Joe Bonamassa, Robben Ford, Delbert McLinton, Etta James,Tommy Castro, Joss Stone with a nod to the past with tunes by Fats Domino and Jimmy Reed.
