Eric Matthews has over 17 years experience working in Michelin starred restaurants around the globe and has trained under some of the best chefs in Ireland and internationally, including Heston Blumenthal, Philip Howard and Guillame Brahimi. Previously, Eric was the head chef of Michelin starred Chapter One in Dublin for six years.

Eric is also a food content creator. Alongside his wife Ciara, the pair have been inspiring the nation to create culinary masterpieces from the comfort of their own home through their Cabin Fever Classics Instagram series.

With the Mamó team taking a long awaited holiday, from January 9th-February 2nd, Chef Eric Matthews will be hosting a series of weekend pop ups during that time! A delightful 5 course menu is included in the ticket price, with wine charged on the night. Tickets on sale December 1st.
