Ergonomics Workshop

Equilibrium presents another offering in our Movement Series with Dr. Sasha. In this class we will highlight the basics of what an ergonomic desk, chair, and monitor setup looks like. The goal of this class is to teach you how to evaluate and improve your own setup for the home office and beyond.

Bring your questions, a water bottle, a notepad (if you want to take notes), and anything else you need to prepare for a fun and informative time!
