THIS IS A FREE EVENT! Join us for the first writing workshop of our EQV Brotherhood series, "What We Carry: Exploring Identity", led by Zach Katz--a poet, storyteller, Mental Health Counselor, and educator originally from Staten Island, NY.
We all have baggage to carry. Some of it we are born with, and some we are gifted along the way. In this workshop, we will explore aspects of identity that may seem to weigh us down, and attempt to dissect the power it can bring us. We will utilize expressive writing techniques to explore aspects of identity, culture, and intersectionality.
