Middle school brings big questions about fairness and belonging. Join us for practical tools to help your family navigate them together.
About this Event

Middle school is when some students first begin to notice that there is a world beyond their own experience — differences in identity, background, and opportunity — and start asking hard questions about fairness, belonging, and who gets their voice heard. These are tough questions, questions that parents don't always feel ready to answer. Using real world examples, role play scenarios and gathered evidence to lead our discussion, let's explore together how progress happens and how it can slip away, how resilience doesn't require constant hope, and why this work has to be renewed by every generation. Leave with language and confidence to keep these conversations going at home and beyond. Hosted by Roderick White, Director of Diversity and Community Life.
