We are here to guide you and equip you for success. During our 1-day Equipping Managers for Success programme you will develop emotional intelligence, master communication, and learn how to use coaching techniques to engage your team effectively.
Led by expert executive coach Penny Toogood, this highly interactive programme will help you understand your team’s strengths and discover the management style that works for you, so you can lead with confidence and drive success!
During this practical in-person programme you will develop:
• Your identity as a manager through emotional intelligence & overcoming self-limiting beliefs
• Your skills as a manager by communicating with confidence & developing a coaching conversation style
• Your role as a manager - understanding your role, your team and the power of cognitive diversity
• Your development as a manager - the importance of feedback, managing difficult conversations and 1-2-1s that work
This course is open to BOTH men and women in two separate workshops:
• In person, women only - Wednesday 23rd October 2024
• In person, men only - Tuesday 19th November 2024
