About this Event

In today’s environment, leaders face a dual responsibility. They must navigate change personally while also guiding others through it with clarity, courage, and compassion. Too often, we expect leaders to step up without equipping them with the skills and behaviours to thrive in that role.

This session introduces the five core behaviours of Catalytic Leadership: Visionary Thinking, Compassionate Listening, Courageous Action, Ripple Thinking, and Collaborative Empowerment. It explores how to help leaders bring these behaviours to life both in their operational role and as part of any transformational journey.

What to expect
Participants will be invited to take part in a small group interactive exercise after the keynote. The objective will be to first individually reflect on aspects shared during the keynote, then to participate in a small group discussion at your table. Later, each small group will be asked to share with the larger group their discussion insights and reflections. Q&A to follow.
