Our Equip classes are created to equip you to live the best life God is calling you to live! They will equip you with both knowledge and practical experience.
This class teaches adaptive self defense and personal protection because a foundation of self-confidence detours bullying. Instruction will be geared for 10 years old all the way up to adults.
This is a free community class at C3 Church on 78.
