Breathe deeply with guided breathwork, and hike together beneath the shifting sky to the mountain’s peak—where we’ll sit in a grounding meditation.
The Equinox invites us to pause, reflect, and align with the rhythms of the earth. This is a chance to be held in community, recharge with nature, and welcome the season ahead with intention.
