The Equinox Truth Mandala Workshop with artists Jeni Cairns and Karen Mackelvie invites you to celebrate the spring equinox through art, nature and shared reflection.
The event begins with a nature walk to collect natural materials for a large Truth Mandala, creating a space to express emotions such as grief, fear, hope, anger and love. The ceremony encourages emotional release and connection with nature and yourself. The workshop concludes with a wholesome light lunch and refreshments.
This workshop is based on ‘The Work That Reconnects’, a transformational framework by Joanna Macy and Molly Brown designed to reconnect people with their inner strength, community and nature.
Event Details:
- This session is suitable for adults age 18 and over, it's £20 per person.
- Starting with a nature walk at the Visitor Centre in Ferry Meadows, the workshop then continues at Nene Nursery, just a short walk away.
- The ceremony is a safe space to share and we ask all participants to respect this.
- You can participate in whatever capacity feels true to yourself.
- This session is suitable for both newcomers and those that have experienced a truth mandala before.
- Please give your full attention to the ceremony, making sure phones are on silent.
- Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
