Equinox Sound Bath

Join us at hq on September 29th to celebrate the fall equinox with this immersive sound healing experience by Sarah from Harmonious Healing.

This “pick your path” event allows us to meet you where you're at. You'll have the chance to fully zen out, relax & unwind, or actively engage with yourself through guided journal prompts. The journaling will be centered around personal & professional reflection along with intention setting as we approach the final 90 days of the year.

Sarah will have some props to share but bring your mats/pillows/blankets and any other relaxation tools you may want! Journals + journal prompts will be provided to those interested in utilizing them.
