Equine Workshop: Learning the Art of Embodied Living

Through the power of Equine Assisted Learning, this workshop will teach you about your intuition, energy, and how to live a more embodied life.

Horses are fully embodied beings. They are masters at reading body language and of non-verbal communication. They mirror your internal world, so you can better understand what needs attention and healing.

The goal of this workshop is to help you come home to your body. To tune in to your physical & energetic body in order to access your innate wisdom, answers, & ability to heal.

While connecting with the horses, you will learn about accessing your intuition, reading the language of your body, energy fields, clearing stuck emotions from the body, and feeling more at home in your skin.
