On Saturday 13th May 2023 from 10am until 3pm, we will be holding one of our popular Equine First Aid for Horse Owners.
This course offers a morning of lectures on how to handle equine emergencies that are likely to be encountered by anyone spending a lot of their time with horses: colic, cuts and grazes, wounds over joints / tendon sheaths etc. In the afternoon there are practical sessions in small groups on equine examinations, bandaging and functional anatomy.
The course is open to any horse owners who would like to learn about equine first aid. It costs £30 per person, which goes towards the cost of bandage materials, course notes and transport of the horses used in the practical sessions. There will be certificates of attendance for all.
Places are limited and tickets must be paid for in advance to guarantee your place. Full details will be sent out to those attending the course before it takes place, so if you are not already a registered client of Paton and Lee please provide full contact details when you apply for your course place. Refreshments will be provided (tea, coffee, squash, biscuits etc) but you should bring your own packed lunches please.
PLEASE RING THE OFFICE TO BOOK YOU PLACE - 01376 513369
