EQ Skills with Workplace Big Five Profile (with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®)

In every workplace, the individuals who consistently contribute to organisational success are ALWAYS those who understand and manage themselves and others using effective EQ skills.

This 2-day EQ Skills programme will focus on the essential dimensions of EQ for individuals, such as interpersonal skills, communication skills, coping with stress, and managing both internal and external stakeholders with confidence. The programme will run from 9am to 5pm on 12 to 13 October, and will be held at Village Hotel Bugis and include halal-certified buffet lunch as well as two tea breaks for each day.

Included in the programme is the Workplace Big Five Profile Assessment. This individual personality assessment reveals an individual’s five personality super traits (Need for stability, Extraversion, Originality, Accommodation, Consolidation), along with 23 sub-traits. It is considered the gold standard in personality measurement, and is one of the most widely used and independently validated assessments available today.

The session will also be facilitated using highly interactive and engaging elements such as the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, making the two days of learning fun, engaging, and most importantly, effective. This session will be led by a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
