Rooted in ancient tribal rituals and practiced across cultures for thousands of years, this is a living meditation in motion.

✨ Arrive for 6:15 PM to meet your tribe, enjoy your drink & elixirs fully, and let the medicine work before the journey unfolds. Once the dance begins, the body takes over.
✨ What to Expect
Mocktail & Elixir Bar — Handcrafted alcohol-free signature drinks with mood-lifting elixirs. Kombucha & ceremonial cacao available.
Guided Warmup — Somatic opening with breath, meditation & movement to drop into flow by Adam.
Ecstatic Dance — 90 minutes of pure movement guided by DJ behind the decks & live drumming. BYO drum to join the rhythms.
Live Drumming - drums are at the heart of Ecstatic Dance and will bring your experience to life.
Sound Healing - experience a grounding sound healing at the end of ecstatic dance to regulate your nervous system.
Nourishing dinner — Warm, wholesome and satisfying home-made meal served after the dance, the perfect closing ritual to integrate the journey (Not included - pre-purchase only).
