The day will be a blend of Embodied Authentic Relating, Primal Play, Group Reflection, Projection and Exploration and practices to reveal and share ourselves.
There will be consensual touch and an invitation to explore our truth and desire. This will be a safe, loving and welcoming container to come as you are, be seen, felt, connected while honoring and exploring your edges. Most people come single or solo yet you are welcome to come with a partner and chose to do the diad exercises with them if you prefer.

It will be a super sweet, connected, bonding and enjoyable space to share and deepen with community.
At the end of the day we will move into a blindfolded practice of CONTACTING THE NOURISHMENT! We will move, dance and connect with blindfolds being guided by our inner senses!
