It’s that time again! BLACK GIRL FIT is turning up the heat at their annual EPIC FIT FEST — the ultimate fusion of fitness, fun, and community vibes. We’re bringing you high energy workouts, connecting you with like minded individuals, and letting you relax at a state of the art resort Loews Hotel in Arlington!. Here is your opportunity to make new friends, start your fitness journey or try new fitness styles, and unwind at one of the most beautiful hotels in DFW. As true champions of representation, empowerment, and authenticity in wellness, BLACK GIRL FIT knows how to get you moving and inspire your soul. Get ready to sweat, vibe, and celebrate YOU!

With over 500 attendees at our 2024 event, Epic Fit Fest plans to have over 1,000+ fierce women in attendance this Friday August 29-Sunday August 31, 2025 coming together for a weekend packed with energy, empowerment, and epic workouts. We will have two corporate workouts, and 16 top-tier instructors from DFW, Houston, and ATL in break out rooms, bringing you all of their most impactful classes to one location! You can choose from 8 unique classes happening all at once, giving you the freedom to choose your own adventure! Expect dope music, the supportive instructors, and good energy all around.

In between classes, explore our vendor village with 60+ health, wellness, and urban lifestyle brands that speak to your vibe, and pop in on our mental health panel HEALTHY WEALTHY WISE.

Friday Evening: Sunset TRAP Yoga on the lawn, explore black DFW fitness communities, then enjoy a Welcome Mixer—the perfect way to network, mingle and start your wellness weekend. Dress in your cutest workout attire and be ready for pictures!

Saturday: A full day of nonstop workouts across 8 zones — HIIT, yoga, dance, cycling, glutes, strength, and more! High-energy group workouts that bring everyone together for two EPIC classes in the morning and another in the evening!
