Ephemerala sonic, somatic, deep listening experience.
Join Charlie (they/them) for a deep listening experience; weaving together elements of somatic sound work, gentle movement, and imaginal meditation. In our 75 minutes together, we look to create new space into our systems, cultivate a sense of awe, and find states of regeneration. Please bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing.
