Founded in 2009 as Keyzo, the business delivers onboarding, induction, and document distribution platforms, and expanded in 2014 with the acquisition of Bytron Aviation Systems.
Since implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) in 2019, Shane has led the company through significant growth and change, scaling the business fivefold to £5m+ in revenue.
Shane regularly works hands-on with his Executive Leadership Team to embed EOS principles and strengthen accountability.
He is passionate about building accountable leadership teams, creating clarity through vision, and turning strategy into disciplined execution.
