You’ll learn to rapidly differentiate between:
Stiff shoulders (e.g. frozen shoulder, OA, ACJ)
Weak shoulders (rotator cuff spectrum, biceps, major ruptures)
Wobbly shoulders (instability across the Stanmore spectrum)
Systemic inflammatory presentations
“Not a shoulder” problems (cervical referral, sensitisation, fracture, red flags)
