This year’s theme, Balancing Life & Dreams, focuses on the importance of evaluating your current load. By taking a closer look at what you’re carrying, you can uncover what’s fueling you, what’s draining you, and how these factors impact your ability to pursue your aspirations.

This workshop is designed to help you harness the power of self-awareness. By understanding your current reality and how it shapes your vision for the future, you can gain the clarity needed to bridge the gap between who you are and who you aspire to be. Often, this gap exists because of unclear priorities or unacknowledged obstacles. Through intentional reflection, this workshop will empower you to identify those barriers and redefine your goals in ways that are both purposeful and achievable.

1. Seeking to live an authentic and healthy life.

2. Trying to understand the roadblocks towards goal achievement.

3. Looking to be inspired.

4. Needing a boost in confidence, especially pertaining to individual goals and dreams.

5. Desiring to create a vision board in a fun and inspiring environment.

I have already created a Vision Board for 2025, can I attend?

Yes, please do. Especially if:

1. You are interested in connecting the dots between your current self and your enVisioned self.

2. You are seeking tools to prompt actionable steps towards your vision.

3 . You desire to understand how to better care for yourself - mind, body, and soul.

What supplies will I need to participate?

-Poster Board

-Markers, Colored Pencils

-Magazines (A minimum of 2-3)

-Glue Sticks

-Tape

-Scissors

Optional: Prints of gathered quotes, scriptures, photographs, etc.
